The Sisterlocks® Retightening Class will instruct you on how to self-maintain your Sisterlocks®. Once the class is completed, you will have the flexibility to maintain your Sisterlocks® between scheduled appointments. It will also assist in reducing your long-term maintenance cost, if desired.
Requirements for taking the Sisterlocks® Retightening Class:
The Sisterlocks® Retightening Class is $300 and will include your Sisterlocks® Retightening Kit.

If your current Sisterlocks® consultant is not R-certified, you may request Apryl Janelle Thomas (Loc’d by Janelle) as your instructor.

The virtual Sisterlocks class was very easy to follow and convenient. I thought it would be difficult, but Apryl quickly put any concerns I had at rest; even checking in to see how things were going. Truly thankful this class was available for me to ensure the health of my hair.

The self retightening class exceeded my expectations. The class was very informative and I especially enjoyed the one on one time with my consultant Apryl. She was able to observe everything I was doing and instructed me on any corrections I needed to make. Some people would think Apryl would risk losing clients if she trained us to do our own hair. For me I admire her selflessness and appreciate that she is more concerned with helping her clients preserve our beautiful locs during these uncertain times. The class was well worth the cost. Although I love the idea of being able to care for my hair on my own….I can’t wait to sit in Apryl’s chair again!
